Soda intends to launch the film to coincide with the reunion concert tour of Bros., ...。故事发生在清末，云香格格（霍思燕 饰）与戏子温良玉（陈键锋 饰）斗胆私奔。恰逢京城大乱，二人被乱民冲散。云香被仇家方天羽（严宽 饰）相救，良玉则混迹京城，虽咫尺之间却难以相见。后来，为救疯母云香堕落青楼，良玉苦苦相随将她拨出泥沼。天羽设计欲处死良玉，已怀有良玉孩子的云香 行刺天羽未果，终被打入死牢。大亨沈世豪（孙兴 饰）有意收云香为二房，化钱将她赎出，为报恩云香只好遵从。时光荏冉，一晃数年过去，再见到良玉时，他已是一跺脚九城乱动的黒帮老大。而云香的儿子沈梓康（田挀威 饰）也早已长大，如今在巡捕房供职，其仼务就是擒黑帮老大......。
